Intense ruby ​​red with purple reflections, the nose expresses notes of blackberry, cherry, plum. In the mouth it is full and dry, the soft tannins and alcohol create a good balance, the elegance is impressive. Long and persistent finish characterized by sweet notes of cherries in alcohol. After 12 months of aging in French oak barriques, it reaches one of the most complex and refined compositions on the olfactory level, maintaining the organoleptic heritage of the native grape. It goes excellently with roast podolica, game and long-matured cheeses.
