AttanasioSalento I.G.P.

The color appears pink. The scent is intense, fragrant, broad, of wild blackberry and strawberry. On the palate the wine is fresh, savory and balanced by fruity notes. The grape harvest began in the second week of September. The maceration process of the bunches was completed within 10 hours of harvesting. Fermentation took place at low temperatures for approximately 20 days.
